It has been a very long time since I posted. I have been unwell & have been traveling as well. (Not a great combo)
My Crohn’s is acting up & has been for a few months now. I have a new gastro and am thrilled to get “more” from her. I am getting lots of labs done & cultures etc. She & I are talking about remicade infusions, to be honest, I am thrilled. My meds are doing nothing for me.
If you have CD plz post & let me know how you are getting along.
My holidays were magical, I hope yours was too.

hello there. i have to admit i’m selfishly relieved to find other people living with CD. i was diagnosed 4 1/2 years ago but i’m sure i had it before the initial diagnosis was made. i don’t have anything to say that will help you feel physically better, but maybe knowing other people (like myself) are going through the same things – you are not alone. and thankfully, neither am i.
stay strong. we can both get through this thing called life with CD. keep your chin up.

Just out of curiosity, how old were you when you were diagnosed? It is rare to see someone diagnosed as an adult, like Carolyn.
